Content you choose to save within your account (e.g., "My Projects") may be stored so you can view, edit, download, or reuse it later.

- To operate, maintain, and provide the Services and their core functionality
- To authenticate and manage user accounts, including sign-in with Google where you choose to use that option
- To personalize or improve user experience and interface functionality

- To send marketing emails and newsletters where permitted by law and your preferences (via MailerLite)

- Inputs and outputs may be stored in your Clemelopy projects where you choose to save them.
You are responsible for ensuring your inputs comply with our Terms of Use and AI Terms and do not include sensitive personal data.

Clemelopy is designed as a low-data, cloud-based SaaS platform. We do not intentionally request or require sensitive personal information, such as:
- Social Security numbers or other government identifiers
- Financial account numbers beyond what is handled by Stripe
- Health or medical information
- Biometric data
- Information about children under 13
Important: You should not upload or input sensitive or highly confidential personal information into the Services. If you choose to provide such information, it will be processed in the same manner as other content solely to provide the Services you request, and we do not actively monitor or review user submissions.

- Provide the Services you request
- Maintain your account
